Ingredients:
- 100g of white chocolate
- 50g of dried cranberries
- 100g of all-purpose flour
- 80g of sugar
- 50g of butter
- 1 large egg
- 1 tsp of baking powder
- 50ml of milk
- 1 tsp of vanilla extract

Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
- Melt the white chocolate and butter together in a mixing bowl over a pot of simmering water or in the microwave until smooth.
- In another bowl, whisk together the sugar, egg, and vanilla extract until well combined.
- Add the melted chocolate mixture to the sugar and egg mixture, stirring until incorporated.
- Sift in the flour and baking powder, then fold gently until just combined.
- Stir in the milk until the batter is smooth, then fold in the dried cranberries.
- Pour the batter into a greased baking pan.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
- Let it cool for a few minutes, then slice and serve.
