  • 100g of diced tomatoes
  • 50g of coconut milk
  • 1 tsp of curry powder
  • 1 tsp of olive oil
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • Fresh cilantro for garnish

Instructions:

  • Heat the olive oil in a saucepan over medium heat.
