Ingredients:

  • 150g rice noodles
  • 100g bean sprouts
  • 50g bell peppers, sliced
  • 50g carrots, julienned
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • 30g peanuts, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons peanut butter
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • Cilantro for garnish

Kitchen Tools Needed:

Instructions:

  • Cook the rice noodles according to package instructions, then drain.
  • In a wok, heat the sesame oil over medium heat and add the carrots and bell peppers, stirring for 1 minute.
  • Add the cooked noodles and bean sprouts to the wok and stir-fry for another minute.
  • In a small bowl, mix the soy sauce, peanut butter, and lime juice, then pour it over the noodle mixture.
  • Toss well to coat everything with the sauce, and stir-fry for an additional minute.
  • Remove from heat and sprinkle with chopped peanuts and cilantro before serving.
