Ingredients:
- 200g of firm tofu
- 100g of bell peppers (sliced)
- 100g of broccoli (florets)
- 50g of carrots (sliced thin)
- 30ml of soy sauce
- 10ml of sesame oil
- 1 clove of garlic (minced)
- 1 tsp of ginger (grated)
- Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:
- Begin by pressing the tofu to remove excess moisture and then cut it into bite-sized cubes.
- Heat the sesame oil in a wok over medium-high heat.
- Add the garlic and ginger, sautéing for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Introduce the tofu cubes to the wok, and fry for about 2-3 minutes until golden brown.
- Add the bell peppers, broccoli, and carrots to the wok and stir-fry for another 1-2 minutes.
- Pour the soy sauce over the stir-fry and toss everything evenly to combine.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste, cook for an additional minute, then remove from heat.
