Ingredients:

  • 200g of firm tofu
  • 100g of bell peppers (sliced)
  • 100g of broccoli (florets)
  • 50g of carrots (sliced thin)
  • 30ml of soy sauce
  • 10ml of sesame oil
  • 1 clove of garlic (minced)
  • 1 tsp of ginger (grated)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Kitchen Tools Needed:

  • Wok
  • Spatula
  • Cutting Board
  • Knife

Instructions:

  • Begin by pressing the tofu to remove excess moisture and then cut it into bite-sized cubes.
  • Heat the sesame oil in a wok over medium-high heat.
  • Add the garlic and ginger, sautéing for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
  • Introduce the tofu cubes to the wok, and fry for about 2-3 minutes until golden brown.
  • Add the bell peppers, broccoli, and carrots to the wok and stir-fry for another 1-2 minutes.
  • Pour the soy sauce over the stir-fry and toss everything evenly to combine.
  • Season with salt and pepper to taste, cook for an additional minute, then remove from heat.
