Ingredients:

  • 300g of cooked chicken breast, shredded
  • 4 whole wheat tortillas
  • 100g of mixed salad greens
  • 50g of cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 50g of shredded cheese (cheddar or your choice)
  • 2 tablespoons of ranch dressing
  • Salt and pepper to taste

  • Cutting board
  • Knife
  • Frying pan
  • Spatula

Quick and Easy Chicken Wraps Instructions:

  • Heat the frying pan over medium heat and add the shredded chicken to warm it up for about 2 minutes.
  • While the chicken heats, prepare the tortillas on a plate and layer the salad greens evenly onto each tortilla.
  • Divide the warmed chicken among the tortillas on top of the salad greens.
  • Add the halved cherry tomatoes and shredded cheese over the chicken.
  • Drizzle ranch dressing over the filling, and season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Fold the sides of the tortillas over the filling and carefully roll them up tightly to form wraps.
  • Slice the wraps in half, if desired, and serve immediately.
