Ingredients:
- 200g of pizza dough
- 100g of pizza sauce
- 150g of shredded mozzarella cheese
- 100g of pepperoni slices
- 50g of sliced bell peppers
- 1 teaspoon of dried oregano
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil
Kitchen Tools Needed:
- Oven
- Baking sheet
- Pizza cutter
Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 220°C (428°F).
- Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness and shape.
- Transfer the rolled-out dough to a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Spread the pizza sauce evenly over the dough.
- Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese over the sauce.
- Distribute the pepperoni slices and bell pepper slices on top of the cheese.
- Drizzle olive oil over the toppings and sprinkle with dried oregano.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes or until the crust is golden brown and the cheese is bubbly.
- Remove from the oven, let it cool for a couple of minutes, then cut into slices and serve.
