Quick Pepperoni Pizza

Ingredients:

  • 200g of pizza dough
  • 100g of pizza sauce
  • 150g of shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 100g of pepperoni slices
  • 50g of sliced bell peppers
  • 1 teaspoon of dried oregano
  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil

Kitchen Tools Needed:

  • Oven
  • Baking sheet
  • Pizza cutter

Instructions:

  • Preheat your oven to 220°C (428°F).
  • Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness and shape.
  • Transfer the rolled-out dough to a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  • Spread the pizza sauce evenly over the dough.
  • Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese over the sauce.
  • Distribute the pepperoni slices and bell pepper slices on top of the cheese.
  • Drizzle olive oil over the toppings and sprinkle with dried oregano.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes or until the crust is golden brown and the cheese is bubbly.
  • Remove from the oven, let it cool for a couple of minutes, then cut into slices and serve.
