Quick Veggie Stir-Fried Rice

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup of cooked rice
  • 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil
  • 1/2 cup of bell peppers, diced
  • 1/2 cup of carrots, diced
  • 1/2 cup of peas
  • 2 tablespoons of soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon of garlic, minced
  • 1/4 teaspoon of black pepper
  • 1 green onion, chopped for garnish

Kitchen Tools Needed:

  • Wok
  • Spatula
  • Measuring cups
  • Chopping board
  • Knife

Instructions:

  • Heat the vegetable oil in a wok over medium-high heat.
  • Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
  • Toss in the diced bell peppers, carrots, and peas, and stir-fry for about 2 minutes until slightly tender.
  • Add the cooked rice to the wok, pour in the soy sauce, and black pepper, and stir everything together. Cook for another 1-2 minutes until warmed through.
  • Remove from heat, garnish with chopped green onions, and serve warm.
