Ingredients:
- 1 cup of cooked rice
- 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil
- 1/2 cup of bell peppers, diced
- 1/2 cup of carrots, diced
- 1/2 cup of peas
- 2 tablespoons of soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon of garlic, minced
- 1/4 teaspoon of black pepper
- 1 green onion, chopped for garnish
Kitchen Tools Needed:

- Spatula

Instructions:
- Heat the vegetable oil in a wok over medium-high heat.
- Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Toss in the diced bell peppers, carrots, and peas, and stir-fry for about 2 minutes until slightly tender.
- Add the cooked rice to the wok, pour in the soy sauce, and black pepper, and stir everything together. Cook for another 1-2 minutes until warmed through.
- Remove from heat, garnish with chopped green onions, and serve warm.
