Ingredients:

  • 100g of all-purpose flour
  • 50g of sugar
  • 1 teaspoon of baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon of baking soda
  • 1/4 teaspoon of salt
  • 75ml of milk
  • 30ml of vegetable oil
  • 1 large egg
  • 50g of fresh cranberries
  • 50g of fresh raspberries

Instructions:

  • Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
  • In a mixing bowl, combine the flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
  • In a separate bowl, whisk together the milk, vegetable oil, and egg until well combined.
  • Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix gently until just combined.
  • Fold in the cranberries and raspberries carefully, being mindful not to overmix.
  • Grease the muffin tin and evenly distribute the muffin batter into the cups.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for about 15-20 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
