Ingredients:
- 12 large pasta shells
- 200g of ricotta cheese
- 150g of spinach (fresh or frozen)
- 100g of marinara sauce
- 50g of grated mozzarella cheese
- 1 clove of garlic (minced)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil
Kitchen Tools Needed:

- Pot
- Mixing bowl
- Oven
Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
- Cook the pasta shells according to package instructions until al dente, then drain and set aside.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the ricotta cheese, spinach, minced garlic, olive oil, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
- Stuff each pasta shell with the spinach and ricotta mixture.
- Spread a layer of marinara sauce on the bottom of the baking dish.
- Place the stuffed shells in the dish, and cover with the remaining marinara sauce.
- Sprinkle the grated mozzarella cheese on top.
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 20 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
