Spinach and Ricotta Stuffed Shells

Ingredients:

  • 12 large pasta shells
  • 200g of ricotta cheese
  • 150g of spinach (fresh or frozen)
  • 100g of marinara sauce
  • 50g of grated mozzarella cheese
  • 1 clove of garlic (minced)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil

Kitchen Tools Needed:

  • Baking dish
  • Pot
  • Mixing bowl
  • Oven

Instructions:

  • Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
  • Cook the pasta shells according to package instructions until al dente, then drain and set aside.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine the ricotta cheese, spinach, minced garlic, olive oil, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
  • Stuff each pasta shell with the spinach and ricotta mixture.
  • Spread a layer of marinara sauce on the bottom of the baking dish.
  • Place the stuffed shells in the dish, and cover with the remaining marinara sauce.
  • Sprinkle the grated mozzarella cheese on top.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for about 20 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
