Ingredients:

  • 500g of beef chuck roast
  • 250ml of beef broth
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 2 carrots, sliced
  • 2 potatoes, diced
  • 1 teaspoon of dried thyme
  • 1 teaspoon of black pepper
  • Salt to taste

Instructions:

  • Place the beef chuck roast in the slow cooker.
  • In a bowl, mix the beef broth, chopped onion, minced garlic, sliced carrots, and diced potatoes.
  • Pour the mixture over the roast in the slow cooker.
  • Sprinkle dried thyme, black pepper, and salt over the top.
  • Cover and cook on low for 8-10 hours, or until the beef is tender and shreds easily.
