Ingredients:

Instructions:

  • Heat the vegetable oil in a wok over medium-high heat.
  • Add the minced garlic and grated ginger, sautéing for about 30 seconds until fragrant.

  • Toss in the broccoli florets, stirring constantly, and cook for another 1-2 minutes until tender-crisp.
