Ingredients:
- 200g of boneless chicken breast

- 400ml of chicken broth

- Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:
- Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Add the boneless chicken breast and cook until slightly golden, about 5 minutes.
- Stir in the garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper, combining well with the chicken.
- Add the rice and mixed vegetables to the skillet, stirring well to combine.
- Pour in the chicken broth and bring the mixture to a boil.
- Once boiling, reduce the heat to low, cover the skillet, and let it simmer for about 10 minutes, or until the rice is cooked and has absorbed the broth.
- Remove from heat, let it sit covered for a few minutes, then fluff the rice with a fork before serving.
