Rosy Berry Sorbet

Ingredients:

  • 300g of mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
  • 100g of sugar
  • 200ml of water
  • 1 tablespoon of lemon juice

Kitchen Tools Needed:

  • blender
  • spatula
  • freezer-safe container

Instructions:

  • In a saucepan, combine the sugar and water over medium heat. Stir until the sugar is completely dissolved, then remove from heat and let it cool.
  • In a blender, add the mixed berries, cooled sugar-water mixture, and lemon juice.
  • Blend until smooth and creamy. Taste and adjust sweetness if needed by adding more sugar or more lemon juice.
  • Pour the mixture into a freezer-safe container and spread it evenly with a spatula.
  • Cover the container and freeze for at least 2-3 hours until it reaches a sorbet-like consistency.
