Rosemary Garlic Lamb Chops

Ingredients:

  • 2 lamb chops (about 250g each)
  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon of fresh rosemary, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

  • In a bowl, combine the minced garlic, chopped rosemary, olive oil, salt, and pepper to create a marinade.
  • Rub the marinade over the lamb chops, ensuring they are well coated. Let them marinate for at least 5 minutes.
  • Preheat the grill pan over medium-high heat.
  • Once hot, add the lamb chops to the pan. Cook for about 3-4 minutes on each side for medium-rare, or until desired doneness is achieved.
  • Remove the lamb chops from the pan and let them rest for a couple of minutes before serving.
