- 500g of potatoes
- 4 cloves of roasted garlic
- 50g of butter
- 100ml of milk

Instructions:
- Peel and chop the potatoes into even chunks.
- Place the chopped potatoes in a pot of boiling salted water and cook until fork-tender, about 10 minutes.
- Drain the potatoes and return them to the pot.
- Add the roasted garlic, butter, and milk to the potatoes.
- Mash the ingredients together using the potato masher until smooth and creamy. Adjust consistency with more milk if desired.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste. Stir until well combined.
