Ingredients:

  • 500g of potatoes
  • 4 cloves of roasted garlic
  • 50g of butter
  • 100ml of milk
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

Instructions:

  • Peel and chop the potatoes into even chunks.
  • Place the chopped potatoes in a pot of boiling salted water and cook until fork-tender, about 10 minutes.
  • Drain the potatoes and return them to the pot.
  • Add the roasted garlic, butter, and milk to the potatoes.
  • Mash the ingredients together using the potato masher until smooth and creamy. Adjust consistency with more milk if desired.
  • Season with salt and pepper to taste. Stir until well combined.
