Ingredients:
- 200g of cauliflower florets

- 4 small corn tortillas
- 100g of avocado, sliced
- 50g of fresh cilantro, chopped
- Lime wedges for serving

Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
- In a bowl, toss the cauliflower florets with olive oil, cumin, paprika, salt, and pepper until well coated.
- Spread the cauliflower on a baking tray and roast in the oven for about 5 minutes, or until tender and slightly browned.
- While the cauliflower is roasting, warm the corn tortillas in another pan or microwave until pliable.
- Assemble the tacos by placing the roasted cauliflower on the tortillas, then top with avocado slices and fresh cilantro.
- Serve with lime wedges on the side for drizzling.
