Ingredients:
- 1 sheet of puff pastry
- 4 oz of brie cheese
- 1/2 cup of fresh raspberries
- 1 tbsp of honey
- Fresh mint leaves for garnish

Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Roll out the puff pastry sheet on a clean surface and cut into 4 squares.
- Place each square onto a baking sheet and gently press down to form small cups.
- Cut the brie cheese into small pieces and place a piece in each pastry cup.
- Top the brie with fresh raspberries and drizzle honey over them.
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 10 minutes, or until the pastry is golden brown.
- Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving.
- Garnish with fresh mint leaves before enjoying.
