Quick Veggie Pasta Delight

Ingredients:

  • 200g of pasta
  • 100g of cherry tomatoes
  • 100g of spinach
  • 50g of feta cheese
  • 2 tbsp of olive oil
  • 1 clove of garlic, minced
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

Kitchen Tools Needed:

  • pot
  • strainer
  • mixing bowl
  • stirring spoon

Instructions:

  • Boil water in a pot and add the pasta. Cook according to package instructions until al dente, usually about 2-3 minutes.
  • While the pasta cooks, heat olive oil in a mixing bowl and sauté the minced garlic until fragrant.
  • Add cherry tomatoes and spinach to the bowl, and mix until the spinach wilts and tomatoes soften, about 1 minute.
  • Once the pasta is done, drain it in a strainer and add it to the bowl with the sautéed vegetables.
  • Crumble the feta cheese over the pasta mixture, season with salt and pepper, and toss lightly to combine.
