Quick Vegan Pasta Delight

Ingredients:

  • 200g of whole wheat pasta
  • 2 tbsp of olive oil
  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 100g of cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 50g of spinach, fresh
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • Basil for garnish

Kitchen Tools Needed:

  • Pot
  • Colander
  • Pan
  • Spatula

Instructions:

  • Cook the whole wheat pasta in boiling water according to package instructions until al dente. Drain using a colander.
  • In a pan, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  • Add the halved cherry tomatoes to the pan and cook for another 2 minutes until they soften.
  • Stir in the fresh spinach and cook until wilted, about 1 minute. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Combine the drained pasta with the veggie mixture in the pan and toss everything together until well mixed.
  • Serve hot, garnished with fresh basil.
