Ingredients:
- 200g of whole wheat pasta
- 2 tbsp of olive oil
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 100g of cherry tomatoes, halved
- 50g of spinach, fresh
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- Basil for garnish
Kitchen Tools Needed:

Instructions:
- Cook the whole wheat pasta in boiling water according to package instructions until al dente. Drain using a colander.
- In a pan, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
- Add the halved cherry tomatoes to the pan and cook for another 2 minutes until they soften.
- Stir in the fresh spinach and cook until wilted, about 1 minute. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Combine the drained pasta with the veggie mixture in the pan and toss everything together until well mixed.
- Serve hot, garnished with fresh basil.
