Ingredients:
- 200g of spaghetti
- 100g of pancetta
- 2 large eggs
- 50g of grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil

Instructions:
- Bring a pot of salted water to a boil and cook the spaghetti according to package instructions until al dente.
- In a pan, heat the olive oil over medium heat and add the pancetta, cooking until crispy.
- In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, grated Parmesan cheese, salt, and black pepper.
- Once the spaghetti is cooked, reserve a cup of pasta water and drain the rest.
- Quickly add the hot spaghetti to the pan with pancetta, removing from heat to avoid scrambling the eggs.
- Pour the egg mixture over the spaghetti, stirring quickly to combine. If it’s too dry, add reserved pasta water until the desired creaminess is reached.
- Serve immediately with additional Parmesan cheese and black pepper on top.
