Ingredients:
- 200g of minced beef
- 100g of mixed vegetables (carrots, peas, corn)
- 100g of mashed potatoes (prepared)
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste

Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
- In a mixing bowl, combine the minced beef, mixed vegetables, olive oil, salt, and pepper. Stir well until everything is mixed evenly.
- Spread the meat and vegetable mixture evenly on the bottom of a small oven-safe dish.
- Top with the prepared mashed potatoes, smoothing it out over the filling.
- Place the dish in the preheated oven and bake for about 15-20 minutes or until the top is golden brown.
- Remove from the oven and let it cool for a couple of minutes before serving.
