Ingredients:

  • 200g of minced beef
  • 100g of mixed vegetables (carrots, peas, corn)
  • 100g of mashed potatoes (prepared)
  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

Kitchen Tools Needed:

  • Oven
  • Mixing bowl
  • Potato masher
  • Spoon

Instructions:

  • Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
  • In a mixing bowl, combine the minced beef, mixed vegetables, olive oil, salt, and pepper. Stir well until everything is mixed evenly.
  • Spread the meat and vegetable mixture evenly on the bottom of a small oven-safe dish.
  • Top with the prepared mashed potatoes, smoothing it out over the filling.
  • Place the dish in the preheated oven and bake for about 15-20 minutes or until the top is golden brown.
  • Remove from the oven and let it cool for a couple of minutes before serving.
