Ingredients:
- 100g of quinoa
- 200ml of water
- 50g of cherry tomatoes, halved
- 50g of cucumber, diced
- 30g of feta cheese, crumbled
- 10g of olive oil
- 10g of lemon juice
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste

Instructions:
- Rinse the quinoa under cold water to remove any bitterness.
- In a bowl, combine the rinsed quinoa and water. Microwave for 3-4 minutes until the quinoa is cooked and water has absorbed.
- Fluff the quinoa with a fork and let it cool slightly.
- Add cherry tomatoes, cucumber, feta cheese, olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and pepper to the bowl with quinoa.
- Mix gently until all ingredients are well combined. Serve immediately.
