Quick Quinoa Salad

Ingredients:

  • 100g of quinoa
  • 200ml of water
  • 50g of cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 50g of cucumber, diced
  • 30g of feta cheese, crumbled
  • 10g of olive oil
  • 10g of lemon juice
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

Kitchen Tools Needed:

  • bowl
  • fork
  • measuring cups

Instructions:

  • Rinse the quinoa under cold water to remove any bitterness.
  • In a bowl, combine the rinsed quinoa and water. Microwave for 3-4 minutes until the quinoa is cooked and water has absorbed.
  • Fluff the quinoa with a fork and let it cool slightly.
  • Add cherry tomatoes, cucumber, feta cheese, olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and pepper to the bowl with quinoa.
  • Mix gently until all ingredients are well combined. Serve immediately.
