Ingredients:

  • 2 pre-made pizza bases
  • 200g of tomato sauce
  • 150g of mozzarella cheese, sliced
  • 50g of fresh basil leaves
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

Kitchen Tools Needed:

  • Oven
  • Baking Sheet
  • Rolling Pin

Instructions:

  • Preheat the oven to 220°C (428°F).
  • Place the pre-made pizza bases on a baking sheet.
  • Spread 100g of tomato sauce evenly on each base.
  • Distribute the sliced mozzarella cheese evenly over the sauce.
  • Add fresh basil leaves on top of the cheese.
  • Drizzle 1 tablespoon of olive oil on each pizza.
  • Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for about 5 minutes or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
  • Remove from the oven, let cool slightly, then slice and serve.
