Quick Maple-Glazed Ham

Ingredients:

  • 400g of ham steak
  • 100ml of maple syrup
  • 1 tablespoon of Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon of soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon of black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon of garlic powder

  • Baking Tray
  • Small Bowl
  • Whisk

Instructions:

  • Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
  • In a small bowl, whisk together the maple syrup, Dijon mustard, soy sauce, black pepper, and garlic powder until well combined.
  • Place the ham steak on a baking tray and brush the maple glaze generously over the top and sides of the ham.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 10 minutes, or until the edges are caramelized and heated through.
  • Remove from the oven and let it rest for a couple of minutes before slicing.
