- 400g of ham steak
- 100ml of maple syrup
- 1 tablespoon of Dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon of soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon of black pepper
- 1 teaspoon of garlic powder

Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
- In a small bowl, whisk together the maple syrup, Dijon mustard, soy sauce, black pepper, and garlic powder until well combined.
- Place the ham steak on a baking tray and brush the maple glaze generously over the top and sides of the ham.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 10 minutes, or until the edges are caramelized and heated through.
- Remove from the oven and let it rest for a couple of minutes before slicing.
