  • 50g of cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 30g of cucumber, diced
  • 30g of red onion, finely chopped
  • 15g of fresh parsley, chopped
  • 2 tbsp of olive oil
  • 1 tbsp of lemon juice
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

Instructions:
