Quick Chicken Sandwiches

Ingredients:

  • 2 bread rolls
  • 200g of cooked chicken breast slices
  • 2 slices of cheddar cheese
  • 50g of lettuce
  • 50g of tomato slices
  • 50g of mayonnaise
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

Kitchen Tools Needed:

  • Frying pan
  • Spatula
  • Plate

Instructions:

  • Heat a frying pan over medium heat.
  • Place the chicken breast slices in the pan to warm them up for about 1-2 minutes.
  • While the chicken is warming, slice the bread rolls in half and lightly toast them if desired.
  • Once the chicken is warmed, assemble the sandwich: on the bottom half of each roll, place some mayonnaise, followed by the chicken, cheese, lettuce, and tomato slices.
  • Sprinkle salt and pepper to taste, then cover with the top half of the roll.
  • Serve the sandwiches on a plate and enjoy your meal.
