Ingredients:

  • 200g of fettuccine pasta
  • 150g of chicken breast, diced
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 100ml of heavy cream
  • 50g of grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 clove of garlic, minced
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions:

  • Bring a pot of salted water to a boil, and cook the fettuccine pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  • In a pan, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the diced chicken and season with salt and pepper. Cook until the chicken is golden and cooked through, about 5-6 minutes.
  • Add the minced garlic to the pan, and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
