Quick Banana Nut Muffins

Ingredients:

  • 2 ripe bananas
  • 100g of all-purpose flour
  • 50g of chopped walnuts
  • 50g of sugar
  • 1 tsp of baking powder
  • 1 egg
  • 30ml of vegetable oil
  • 1/2 tsp of vanilla extract
  • a pinch of salt

Kitchen Tools Needed:

  • Muffin tin
  • Mixing bowl
  • Spoon
  • Oven

Instructions:

  • Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F) and grease the muffin tin.
  • In a mixing bowl, mash the ripe bananas until smooth.
  • Add the egg, vegetable oil, and vanilla extract to the mashed bananas, and mix well.
  • In another bowl, combine all-purpose flour, sugar, baking powder, chopped walnuts, and salt.
  • Gradually add the dry ingredients to the banana mixture and stir until just combined.
  • Spoon the batter into the muffin tin, filling each cup about 2/3 full.
  • Bake for about 15-20 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  • Let cool for a few minutes before removing from the tin and enjoying.
