Ingredients:

  • 1 cup of all-purpose flour
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 cup of milk
  • 1 tablespoon of melted butter
  • 1 ripe banana, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons of sugar
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
  • Honey or maple syrup for drizzling

Instructions:

  • In a mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, eggs, milk, melted butter, sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  • Heat the non-stick frying pan over medium heat and lightly grease it if necessary.
  • Pour a small amount of batter (about 1/4 cup) into the pan, tilting the pan to spread the batter evenly.
  • Cook for about 1 minute until the edges start to lift, then carefully flip with a spatula and cook for another 30 seconds.
  • Remove the crepe from the pan and repeat with the remaining batter.
