Instructions:

- Place the seasoned chicken breasts in the pot and sear for 2 minutes on each side.
- Pour in the chicken broth and close the Instant Pot lid securely.
- Select the ‘Manual’ or ‘Pressure Cook’ function and set the timer for 5 minutes.
- Once the cooking time is up, carefully release the pressure using the quick release method.
- Open the lid and remove the chicken breasts, letting them rest for a few minutes before slicing.
