Ingredients:
- 1 ripe banana
- 1 large egg
- 100g of all-purpose flour

Instructions:

- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the banana mixture, alternating with milk. Stir until just combined.
- Heat a frying pan over medium heat and add a small amount of oil or butter.
- Pour a small ladle of batter onto the pan for each pancake.
- Cook for about 1-2 minutes until bubbles form on top, then flip and cook until golden brown.
