Ingredients:

  • 1 ripe banana
  • 1 large egg
  • 100g of all-purpose flour

  • 100ml of milk
  • a pinch of salt
  • 1 tbsp of sugar (optional)

Instructions:

  • In a mixing bowl, mash the ripe banana until smooth.
  • Add the egg to the mashed banana and whisk until combined.
  • In another bowl, mix the flour, baking powder, salt, and sugar.
  • Gradually add the dry ingredients to the banana mixture, alternating with milk. Stir until just combined.
  • Heat a frying pan over medium heat and add a small amount of oil or butter.
  • Pour a small ladle of batter onto the pan for each pancake.
  • Cook for about 1-2 minutes until bubbles form on top, then flip and cook until golden brown.
