Mini Stuffed Bell Peppers

Ingredients:

  • 4 mini bell peppers
  • 200g of ground beef
  • 100g of cooked rice
  • 50g of diced tomatoes
  • 30g of shredded cheese
  • 1 teaspoon of olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon of Italian seasoning
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste

  • Knife

  • Mixing bowl

Instructions:

  • Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
  • Cut the tops off the mini bell peppers and remove the seeds.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, cooked rice, diced tomatoes, olive oil, Italian seasoning, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
  • Stuff each mini bell pepper with the beef and rice mixture, packing it gently.
  • Place the stuffed peppers upright in a baking dish and sprinkle the shredded cheese on top.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for about 10 minutes or until the peppers are tender and the cheese is melted.
  • Remove from the oven and let it cool for a minute before serving.
