Ingredients:
- 300g of ground turkey
- 1/4 cup of breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup of grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 egg
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 tsp of dried oregano
- 1/2 tsp of salt
- 1/4 tsp of black pepper
- 1 cup of marinara sauce
- 200g of pasta (spaghetti or your choice)

Instructions:
- In a mixing bowl, combine the ground turkey, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, egg, minced garlic, oregano, salt, and black pepper. Mix well until fully combined.
- Form the mixture into small meatballs, approximately the size of a golf ball.
- In a pan, heat a splash of oil over medium heat. Add the meatballs and cook for about 2-3 minutes, turning occasionally until browned all over.
- Pour the marinara sauce over the meatballs and let simmer for an additional 2 minutes, allowing the flavors to meld together.
- While the meatballs are cooking, boil water in a pot and cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain when done.
- Serve the turkey meatballs over the cooked pasta, drizzling extra marinara sauce if desired.
