Ingredients:

  • 300g of ground turkey
  • 1/4 cup of breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup of grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 egg
  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp of dried oregano
  • 1/2 tsp of salt
  • 1/4 tsp of black pepper
  • 1 cup of marinara sauce
  • 200g of pasta (spaghetti or your choice)

Kitchen Tools Needed:

Instructions:

  • In a mixing bowl, combine the ground turkey, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, egg, minced garlic, oregano, salt, and black pepper. Mix well until fully combined.
  • Form the mixture into small meatballs, approximately the size of a golf ball.
  • In a pan, heat a splash of oil over medium heat. Add the meatballs and cook for about 2-3 minutes, turning occasionally until browned all over.
  • Pour the marinara sauce over the meatballs and let simmer for an additional 2 minutes, allowing the flavors to meld together.
  • While the meatballs are cooking, boil water in a pot and cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain when done.
  • Serve the turkey meatballs over the cooked pasta, drizzling extra marinara sauce if desired.
