Ingredients:
- 500g of russet potatoes
- 120ml of whole milk
- 50g of unsalted butter
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste

Instructions:
- Peel and chop the russet potatoes into equal-sized chunks and place them in the Instant Pot.
- Add enough water to cover the potatoes and season with salt.
- Seal the Instant Pot lid and set it to high pressure for 4 minutes.
- Once the cooking time is up, do a quick release of the pressure.
- Carefully remove the lid and drain any excess water from the pot.
- Add the butter and milk to the potatoes and mash until smooth and creamy.
- Season with more salt and black pepper to taste, then transfer to a serving bowl and enjoy.
