Ingredients:

  • 500g of russet potatoes
  • 120ml of whole milk
  • 50g of unsalted butter
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste

  • Spoon
  • Serving bowl

Instructions:

  • Peel and chop the russet potatoes into equal-sized chunks and place them in the Instant Pot.
  • Add enough water to cover the potatoes and season with salt.
  • Seal the Instant Pot lid and set it to high pressure for 4 minutes.
  • Once the cooking time is up, do a quick release of the pressure.
  • Carefully remove the lid and drain any excess water from the pot.
  • Add the butter and milk to the potatoes and mash until smooth and creamy.
  • Season with more salt and black pepper to taste, then transfer to a serving bowl and enjoy.
