Instant Pot Chicken Alfredo Pasta

Ingredients:

  • 200g of penne pasta
  • 300g of chicken breast, diced
  • 250ml of heavy cream
  • 100g of grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • Chopped parsley for garnish

Kitchen Tools Needed:

  • Instant Pot
  • Measuring cups
  • Cutting board
  • Knife
  • Stirring spoon

Instructions:

  • Set the Instant Pot to sauté mode and add olive oil. Once hot, add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  • Add the diced chicken breast to the pot, season with salt and pepper, and cook until no longer pink, about 2-3 minutes.
  • Pour in the heavy cream and stir well. Add penne pasta and ensure it’s submerged in the liquid.
  • Seal the Instant Pot lid and set it to cook on high pressure for 4 minutes.
  • Once the cooking time is up, carefully release the pressure. Stir in grated Parmesan cheese until melted and creamy.
  • Serve hot, garnished with chopped parsley.
