Ingredients:
- 200g of penne pasta
- 300g of chicken breast, diced
- 250ml of heavy cream
- 100g of grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- Chopped parsley for garnish
Kitchen Tools Needed:
- Instant Pot
- Measuring cups

Instructions:
- Set the Instant Pot to sauté mode and add olive oil. Once hot, add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
- Add the diced chicken breast to the pot, season with salt and pepper, and cook until no longer pink, about 2-3 minutes.
- Pour in the heavy cream and stir well. Add penne pasta and ensure it’s submerged in the liquid.
- Seal the Instant Pot lid and set it to cook on high pressure for 4 minutes.
- Once the cooking time is up, carefully release the pressure. Stir in grated Parmesan cheese until melted and creamy.
- Serve hot, garnished with chopped parsley.
