Ingredients:

  • 300g of beef stew meat
  • 2 cups of beef broth
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 2 carrots, sliced
  • 2 potatoes, diced
  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon of dried thyme
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil

Kitchen Tools Needed:

Instructions:

  • Set the Instant Pot to sauté mode and add the olive oil.
  • Once the oil is hot, add the chopped onion and minced garlic, sauté until fragrant.
  • Add the beef stew meat to the pot, browning it on all sides.
  • Add the sliced carrots and diced potatoes to the pot.
  • Pour in the beef broth and sprinkle with thyme, salt, and pepper.
  • Close the lid of the Instant Pot, ensuring it is sealed properly, and set to high pressure for 25 minutes.
  • Once cooking is done, allow for natural release for 10 minutes before releasing any remaining pressure manually.
