Honey Soy Beef Stir-Fry

Ingredients:

  • 200g of beef sirloin, thinly sliced
  • 2 tablespoons of honey
  • 3 tablespoons of soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon of sesame oil
  • 1 cup of bell peppers, sliced
  • 1 cup of broccoli florets
  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon of ginger, minced
  • 1 cup of cooked rice
  • Sesame seeds for garnish

Kitchen Tools Needed:

  • Wok
  • Spatula
  • Knife
  • Cutting Board

Instructions:

  • In a wok, heat the sesame oil over medium-high heat.
  • Add the minced garlic and ginger, sautéing until fragrant.
  • Add the sliced beef to the wok, cooking until browned.
  • Stir in the bell peppers and broccoli, cooking for a few minutes until vegetables are tender-crisp.
  • Pour in the honey and soy sauce, stirring to coat all ingredients evenly.
  • Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until the sauce thickens slightly.
  • Serve the stir-fry over cooked rice and garnish with sesame seeds.
