Ingredients:
- 2 Salmon fillets (150g each)
- 2 tablespoons of honey
- 1 tablespoon of soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon of Dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Lemon wedges for serving

Instructions:
- In a small bowl, whisk together the honey, soy sauce, Dijon mustard, olive oil, salt, and pepper to make the glaze.
- Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat.
- Place the salmon fillets skin-side down in the hot pan.
- Brush the glaze over the fillets generously.
- Cook for about 4-5 minutes, then carefully flip the fillets.
- Brush the glaze on the other side and cook for another 4-5 minutes until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
- Remove from heat and serve with lemon wedges.
