Honey Glazed Salmon Fillets

Ingredients:

  • 2 Salmon fillets (150g each)
  • 2 tablespoons of honey
  • 1 tablespoon of soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon of Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Lemon wedges for serving

Kitchen Tools Needed:

  • Pan
  • Spatula
  • Measuring spoons

Instructions:

  • In a small bowl, whisk together the honey, soy sauce, Dijon mustard, olive oil, salt, and pepper to make the glaze.
  • Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat.
  • Place the salmon fillets skin-side down in the hot pan.
  • Brush the glaze over the fillets generously.
  • Cook for about 4-5 minutes, then carefully flip the fillets.
  • Brush the glaze on the other side and cook for another 4-5 minutes until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
  • Remove from heat and serve with lemon wedges.
