Ingredients:
- 2 salmon fillets (150g each)
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 1 tablespoon of Dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon of dried thyme
- 1 teaspoon of dried rosemary
- 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon of lemon juice
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Kitchen Tools Needed:

Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine olive oil, Dijon mustard, dried thyme, dried rosemary, garlic powder, salt, and pepper to create the herb mixture.
- Place the salmon fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Brush the herb mixture generously over the top of each salmon fillet.
- Drizzle lemon juice over the salmon for added flavor.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
- Remove from the oven and garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
