Guacamole with Tortilla Chips

Ingredients:

  • 2 ripe avocados
  • 1 small onion, finely chopped
  • 1 tomato, diced
  • 1 lime, juiced
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • salt to taste
  • 150g tortilla chips

Instructions:

  • Cut the avocados in half, remove the pits, and scoop the flesh into a mixing bowl.
  • Mash the avocado with a fork until smooth, leaving some chunks for texture.
  • Add the chopped onion, diced tomato, minced garlic, lime juice, and salt to the mashed avocado.
  • Mix until all ingredients are well combined.
  • Taste and adjust seasoning if necessary.
  • Serve the guacamole in a bowl with tortilla chips on the side.
