Ingredients:
- 2 slices of whole grain bread
- 1 ripe banana
- 2 slices of cheddar cheese
- 1 tablespoon of butter
Kitchen Tools Needed:

Instructions:
- Heat a pan over medium heat.
- Spread butter on one side of each slice of bread.
- Place one slice of bread, butter side down, on the pan.
- Layer 1 slice of cheese, followed by sliced banana, and then another slice of cheese on top.
- Cover with the second slice of bread, butter side up.
- Cook until golden brown on one side, about 2 minutes, then flip and cook until the cheese is melted and both sides are golden brown.
- Remove from the pan and let cool slightly before cutting in half.
