- 2 tablespoons of honey
- 2 mint leaves for garnish

Instructions:
- In a glass cup, add 200g of Greek yogurt as the base layer.
- Top the yogurt with 100g of mixed berries evenly distributed.
- Sprinkle 2 tablespoons of granola over the berries.
- Drizzle 1 tablespoon of honey on top of the granola.
- Repeat the layers to create a second parfait in another glass cup.
- Garnish each parfait with a mint leaf.
