Ingredients:

  • 300g of sirloin steak, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 2 tablespoons of unsalted butter
  • 3 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon of fresh parsley, chopped
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste

Instructions:

  • Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and add the unsalted butter.
  • Once the butter is melted and sizzling, add the garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
  • Add the steak bites to the skillet, season with salt and black pepper, and cook for about 3-4 minutes, stirring occasionally until the steak is browned and cooked to your desired level of doneness.
