Garlic Butter Shrimp Skillet

Ingredients:

  • 400g of shrimp (peeled and deveined)
  • 50g of unsalted butter
  • 4 cloves of garlic (minced)
  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons of fresh parsley (chopped)
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon of lemon juice

Kitchen Tools Needed:

  • Skillet
  • Spatula

Instructions:

  • Heat the skillet over medium heat and add olive oil and half of the butter.
  • Once the butter has melted, add minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
  • Add the shrimp to the skillet, season with salt and pepper, and cook for about 3-4 minutes until the shrimp turns pink and opaque.
  • Stir in the remaining butter and lemon juice, mixing well to coat the shrimp evenly.
  • Remove from heat, sprinkle with fresh parsley, and serve immediately.
