Fresh Cobb Salad

Ingredients:

  • 200g of mixed greens
  • 100g of cooked chicken breast, diced
  • 50g of crispy bacon, crumbled
  • 2 large eggs, hard-boiled and chopped
  • 100g of cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 50g of blue cheese, crumbled
  • 50g of avocado, diced
  • 30ml of olive oil
  • 15ml of balsamic vinegar
  • salt and pepper to taste

Kitchen Tools Needed:

Instructions:

  • In a large bowl, combine the mixed greens, diced chicken breast, and crumbled bacon.
  • Add the chopped hard-boiled eggs, halved cherry tomatoes, crumbled blue cheese, and diced avocado to the bowl.
  • In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt, and pepper to create the dressing.
  • Drizzle the dressing over the salad and toss gently to combine all the ingredients well.
  • Serve the salad immediately, divided into two bowls.
