Ingredients:
- 2 medium eggplants, sliced
- 2 cups marinara sauce
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon dried basil
- Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Lightly brush the eggplant slices with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
- Layer half of the marinara sauce at the bottom of the baking dish.
- Place half of the eggplant slices on top of the marinara sauce.
- Sprinkle half of the mozzarella cheese and half of the Parmesan cheese over the eggplant.
- Repeat the layering with the remaining marinara sauce, eggplant slices, mozzarella, and Parmesan.
- Top with dried basil.
- Bake in the oven for about 25-30 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
