Crispy Air Fryer Zucchini Fries

Ingredients:

  • 2 medium zucchinis
  • 1/2 cup of breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup of grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon of paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon of salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper
  • 1 large egg

Kitchen Tools Needed:

  • Air fryer
  • Cutting board
  • Knife
  • Mixing bowl
  • Serving plate

Instructions:

  • Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  • Wash and cut the zucchinis into thin sticks resembling fries.
  • In a mixing bowl, beat the egg. In another bowl, combine breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  • Dip each zucchini stick into the egg, letting the excess drip off, then coat it in the breadcrumb mixture until well covered.
  • Place the coated zucchini fries in the air fryer basket in a single layer. You may need to work in batches.
  • Air fry for 8-10 minutes, or until golden and crispy, shaking the basket halfway through cooking.
  • Once done, remove from the air fryer and serve hot on a plate.
