Ingredients:
- 2 medium zucchinis
- 1/2 cup of breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup of grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon of paprika

- 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper
- 1 large egg

Instructions:
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Wash and cut the zucchinis into thin sticks resembling fries.
- In a mixing bowl, beat the egg. In another bowl, combine breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Dip each zucchini stick into the egg, letting the excess drip off, then coat it in the breadcrumb mixture until well covered.
- Place the coated zucchini fries in the air fryer basket in a single layer. You may need to work in batches.
- Air fry for 8-10 minutes, or until golden and crispy, shaking the basket halfway through cooking.
- Once done, remove from the air fryer and serve hot on a plate.
