Ingredients:

  • 400g of firm tofu
  • 2 tablespoons of soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon of cornstarch
  • 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon of paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil

Kitchen Tools Needed:

  • Air Fryer
  • Mixing Bowl
  • Spatula

Instructions:

  • Press the tofu to remove excess moisture, then cut it into bite-sized cubes.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine the soy sauce, cornstarch, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  • Add the tofu cubes to the bowl and gently toss to coat them evenly.
  • Preheat the air fryer to 200°C (400°F).
  • Lightly brush or spray the air fryer basket with olive oil.
  • Place the coated tofu in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
  • Air fry for about 10 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through for even cooking.
  • Once golden and crispy, remove the tofu and let it cool slightly before serving.
