Ingredients:
- 400g of firm tofu
- 2 tablespoons of soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon of cornstarch
- 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon of paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:
- Press the tofu to remove excess moisture, then cut it into bite-sized cubes.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the soy sauce, cornstarch, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Add the tofu cubes to the bowl and gently toss to coat them evenly.
- Preheat the air fryer to 200°C (400°F).
- Lightly brush or spray the air fryer basket with olive oil.
- Place the coated tofu in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
- Air fry for about 10 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through for even cooking.
- Once golden and crispy, remove the tofu and let it cool slightly before serving.
