Ingredients:

  • 300g of Brussels sprouts

  • 20g of Parmesan cheese (optional)

Instructions:

  • Preheat the air fryer to 200°C (400°F).
  • Trim the ends of the Brussels sprouts and cut them in half.
  • In a mixing bowl, toss the Brussels sprouts with olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
  • Place the coated Brussels sprouts in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  • Air fry for about 5 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through for even cooking.
  • If using, sprinkle Parmesan cheese on the sprouts during the last minute of cooking.
