Ingredients:
- 200g of fettuccine pasta
- 1 cup of heavy cream
- 50g of unsalted butter
- 100g of grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons of chopped parsley for garnish

Instructions:
- In a large pot, melt the butter over medium heat.
- Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
- Pour the heavy cream into the pot and bring to a gentle simmer.
- Add the fettuccine pasta to the pot, and stir to coat in the sauce.
- Cook the pasta in the sauce for about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the pasta is al dente.
- Stir in the grated Parmesan cheese until melted and combined.
- Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
- Once done, remove from heat and garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
