Creamy One-Pot Alfredo

Ingredients:

  • 200g of fettuccine pasta
  • 1 cup of heavy cream
  • 50g of unsalted butter
  • 100g of grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons of chopped parsley for garnish

Instructions:

  • In a large pot, melt the butter over medium heat.
  • Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
  • Pour the heavy cream into the pot and bring to a gentle simmer.
  • Add the fettuccine pasta to the pot, and stir to coat in the sauce.
  • Cook the pasta in the sauce for about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the pasta is al dente.
  • Stir in the grated Parmesan cheese until melted and combined.
  • Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
  • Once done, remove from heat and garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
